Luis is a hotel owner and real estate consultant who is a second-generation real estate business man. He has successfully focused on hotel development and sales in one of Europe’s premier hospitality markets. His list of clients and business associates has grown to include high-end investors in Europe, Spain, the UK, Germany, the Middle East, and Brazil.

In conjunction with a multi-disciplined group of highly experienced industry professionals, Mr. Sequeira has expanded his business activities to include resource property evaluations and the introduction of resource property owners to capital markets around the World. Facilitating this particular activity are his linguistic abilities, which encompass no less than six languages, including. English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

Luis has a passion for Sports and communicates directly with several famous sportspeople around the world. He has always been a huge fan of sports. He loves everything from football to anything athletic to basketball. His Daughter is a federated Basketball player which is a comprehensive collective of professional basketball players from various teams and leagues from around the world.

One of the things that sets Mr. Luis apart, from other sports fans, is his ability to communicate directly with some of the most famous sports figures in the world. He has built relationships with athletes and coaches from all over the globe, and he is always eager to share his insights and opinions about the latest developments.
