Mike has been in the beverage industry for almost 30 years. He has worked with major brands such as Arizona Iced tea and Xyience.

Manny Pacquiao

Nicknamed “Pacman”, World-Reknowned Athlete, Politician, Philanthropist, Businessman

He is regarded as one of the greatest professional boxers of all time. Pacquiao is the only eight division champion of all time in the history of boxing and has won twelve major world titles, and is the only boxer to hold world championships across four decades (1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s). According to Forbes, he was the second highest paid athlete in the world in 2015.

He previously served as a Senator of the Philippines’ from 2016 to 2022. Pacquiao entered politics in 2010 when he was elected as the Representative of Sarangani. He held this post for six years until he was elected and assumed office as a senator in 2016. He became the leader of then-ruling Laban party in 2020.

The Manny Pacquiao Foundation, named and founded on behalf of future Hall of Fame boxer, Manny Pacquiao, seeks to empower communities and individuals through charitable support and messages of hope. The Manny Pacquiao Foundation is deeply committed to creating lasting change for communities and inspiring people to join in making a tangible difference in the world. He has devoted himself to public service and donated more than one-third of his career earnings to charity. It is his goal to be an instrument of hope and change around the world.

In his native hometown in the Philippines, Pacquiao operates two commercial buildings, a hotel, sports gym, rooster farm, gas station, water refilling station, fashion boutique, and coffee shop, among business ventures.

Manny Pacquiao is a man of many talents and ambitions who is perfectly suited to sit on the Board of Directors of LTNC. His experience and connections world-wide and business acumen positions him as an important decision making cog for the future of this company.

Luis Sequeira

Businessman, Investor, Entrepreneur, Sports Enthusiast

Luis is a hotel owner and real estate consultant who is a second-generation real estate business man. He has successfully focused on hotel development and sales in one of Europe’s premier hospitality markets. His list of clients and business associates has grown to include high-end investors in Europe, Spain, the UK, Germany, the Middle East, and Brazil.

In conjunction with a multi-disciplined group of highly experienced industry professionals, Mr. Sequeira has expanded his business activities to include resource property evaluations and the introduction of resource property owners to capital markets around the World. Facilitating this particular activity are his linguistic abilities, which encompass no less than six languages, including. English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

Luis has a passion for Sports and communicates directly with several famous sportspeople around the world. He has always been a huge fan of sports. He loves everything from football to anything athletic to basketball. His Daughter is a federated Basketball player which is a comprehensive collective of professional basketball players from various teams and leagues from around the world.

One of the things that sets Mr. Luis apart, from other sports fans, is his ability to communicate directly with some of the most famous sports figures in the world. He has built relationships with athletes and coaches from all over the globe, and he is always eager to share his insights and opinions about the latest developments. Whether he's chatting with a football superstar from Brazil or with high-level athletes participating in the Olympic Games, He is always in his element when he's talking about sports. Luis communicates directly with several famous sportspeople around the world.

In addition, Luis is currently working with The Manny Pacquiao Foundation on helping build their European business operations while also collaborating with Silver Investments GmbH and managing his own business.

Mr. Sequeira is uniquely positioned to help to direct the future of LTNC on the Board of Directors and to assist us in making our products a world-wide entity and success

Tom Fitzgerald, Sr.

Startup Development & Planning, Product Development

Armed with a degree in Food Marketing from St. Joseph’s University and 13 years of plastic industry knowledge attained while working in various capacities at the Rehrig Pacific company, Mr. Fitzgerald founded T.M. Fitzgerald & Associates (“TMFA”) in 1988. His first product was a plastic bread tray, which landed him a contract with Mid-Atlantic bakery, which at the time was the largest supplier to McDonald’s, ultimately leading him to a successful and profitable first year in business.

Over the next 20 years TMFA added many new products in a wide variety of spaces which has enabled TMFA to become a trusted supplier nationwide. In 1994, his company’s success was recognized when TMFA won the New Jersey state contract for recycling containers which remained active until 2016. During this time frame TMFA was also awarded a supply contract with the state of Pennsylvania for plastic recycling containers which has remained in effect to this day.

In 2002 TMFA set up a DBA known as TMF Corporation, to launch a one-piece hygienic structural foam pallet with the intention of taking on the food, pharma, and material handling markets. Following the same level of success previously as with TMFA, TMF Corporation hit high marks as well in its industry and marketplace. In 2004, TMF Corporation was recognized as one of the first manufacturers to have a plastic pallet with FM approval using a nontoxic fire-retardant. Some of the best and largest global names in the pharmaceutical industry depend on TMF Corporation to meet their pallet needs and compliance requirements. Currently, the business continues to expand in that sector to include a variety of pallets (i.e., industrial grade for food, pharma, automotive, and more).

Mr. Fitzgerald’s knowledge of plastics has led to strong relationships and opportunities in a variety of industries from manufacturing and distribution, retail, and co- packing, to name a few. LTNC values this exemplary record of business and knowledge as much as to designate Mr. Fitzgerald as a member of our Board of Directors.
